We spent 8 nights in twin room with a balcony. We had a storage space and a safe box in the room.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was secure so close to Florence central station and the messy city center. The staff was very amiable and amicable, the breakfast offered was great with a great selection of food...

As for me, the area was inconvenient.

its location was excellent, really close to tram stop, supermarket and walking distance to the arno river and the river and the city center. furthermore, close to public transport.

The double room with a balcony was amazing. It was beautifully kept and the setup was just perfect! 🌟.

The hotel is fairly clean and the breakfasts are awesome. the restaurant is good, the food is great, and the staff are friendly. Thank you for a really nice stay.

Convenient location near a tram stop that goes into the city and only a 10-minute drive to Piscina delle Pavoniere 🚃. the property here was totally modern and up-to-date.

I always return to a cozy B&B in Florence. Not only do they have all the amenities like Wi-Fi and a Jacuzzi, but they also helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. Perfect for me! Coming back for Christmas.

The rooms were spacious with a large bathroom. the staff were very helpful. the location was perfect, with a park nearby and the center of Florence just a stone's throw away from the Batoni tram stop. There was a restaurant next door, and we enjoyed dining at Gelatando Tre P, which was relatively close to the venue.

This B&B exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and attentiveness of the staff. the location was ideal, being only a short walk from the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. the room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a balcony with a lovely view. the bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with amenities. the facilities, such as the sauna and relaxation room, added a luxurious touch to our stay. we were highly impressed with the attention to detail and high standards of this B&B.

The breakfast options were a bit disappointing, with limited healthy choices and overly sweet items.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the ease of parking and the convenience of the transportation options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the availability of 24/7 free coffee and croissants was a great perk.

Nothing it is perfect.

The room was clean and nicely decorated, and the bathroom was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions and recommendations. One advantage was the location, with a tram stop just a minute away, making it convenient to reach the city center.

The hotel was hard to find, with a small sign that could easily be missed. The wifi was unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not.

Loved their "free" sauna with mineral salts and chromotherapy shower! And the best part is, they provided a garden with loungers where I could relax afterwards. So generous!

Who needs communication skills? The staff barely spoke English, but hey, who needs to understand each other anyway?

Spacious, clean rooms. Comfortable bathroom and shower. Free wifi available. Great location, only 100 meters from tram station. Incredible value for money.
